Woodland Group are recruiting an ETSF (External Temporary Storage Facility) and Transport Coordinator to join our team at our site in Hayes.
Woodland Group are recruiting an ETSF (External Temporary Storage Facility) and Transport Coordinator to join our team at our site in Hayes. Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager, the coordinator will also work alongside the Import Department and Transport coordinator to ensure the consistently effective operation of transport and the ETSF area.

About the role:
Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. This involves ETSF driver log, ETSF paperwork completed and completing live manifests.
Complete ETSF release notes before release of freight.
Ensure all goods leaving the warehouse have been cleared ready for removal
Receive and process import collection notes, MAWB manifest and damage sheet upon receiving ETSF freight.
Use FCL and Microsoft teams to plan day with Transport.
Update ASM Sequioa with goods in.
Plan work using ASM Sequioa to check status of MAWBs.
Complete ETSF release notes before release of freight.
Fulfil warehouse duties of removing cleared freight from the ETSF area within 3 days of clearance.
Fulfil transport duties by planning workloads on haulers and company vehicles, Plan ETSF and export vehicles.
Weekend role to monitor and liase with transport companies and drivers.
·Plan work at the best cost effective measurement to the company.
Communicate effectively with the warehouse supervisors, transport coordinator and warehouse management to maximise the success of the operation.
Produce and provide ETSF logs and ATFBOND sheets for drivers.
Keep regular contact with driver(s) and update information with Imports via Teams.
Comply with the procedures of collecting ETSF Freight within set opening hours and timeline of drivers at the airlines.
Goods out exports at time of loading.
Audit each manifest when handing in
Signed and completed collection note by driver
Signed and completed checked manifest and damage sheet
Airline release note
Any discrepancies photographed and Imports informed
Monitoring of ETSF area – ir Transhipments being broken down, freight in area for long periods
Goods out on ASM
Audit each driver at end of shift
Checking ETSF log manifest , bond sheets, log sheets and AFTBOND sheets.
Personal Specification
You have previous experience in an a similar role, ideally within a ETSF.
You are well organised, being able to prioritise work and working within key deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
You have the ability to work thoroughly, methodically with an excellent attention to detail;
You can work collaboratively with other members of the team as well as key stakeholders across the group;
You have the natural ability and enjoy building and maintaining strong working relationships;
You excel with a team environment as well as being able to work autonomously when required;
You are flexible, adaptable, and open minded and respond well to the ever-changing priorities and challenges while remaining calm and focussed on getting the job done;
You are proactive looking at ways to improve processes and have the initiative to put them forward and where possible into practice;
You actively seek ways to enhance your knowledge and improve your performance; and
You are self-motivated, have huge drive and ambition – you thrive off achieving great success and helping to build a great place to work!
