Apprenticeships and Entry Level Positions

From fully funded apprenticeships to our in-house leadership program, we have something for every learner at every stage of their career.

Woodland’s apprenticeship scheme has seen several Woodland apprentices successfully grow their careers to current senior management positions.

Our own Group Training Manager writes and delivers new and exciting classroom and online training, designed to assist everyone at Woodland in developing their people, personal, and business skills. We offer bespoke training opportunities to suit each team member’s goals and needs and to assist our teams in preparing for changing demands in skills globally.

Some apprentices join us right after they leave school or college, whilst others are further along in their careers at Woodland and start an apprenticeship to develop their skills in their chosen business area. Either way, we are here to guide you through the process from start to finish, with the support of our knowledgeable leadership team and trusted external suppliers.

Woodlanders take on 100 mile bike ride in support of Panathlon Challenge

11 motivated Woodlanders took part in the RideLondon Essex 100 charity bike ride in aide of the Panathlon Foundation.

Our 31-strong team of Woodlanders had a great time braving the obstacles, mud and water of the Nuclear Races event in support of Panathlon Challenge, raising over £4,000!
