Partnerships
We are proud to be able to support a number of partners that share our values and commitment to positive community impact models, and lean on us to provide expertise, time, resources and the power of our collective Woodlanders to aid the work they do.
The Panathlon Foundation
The Panathlon Foundation benefits the lives of thousands of young people with disabilities and special educational needs every year. The foundation works with disadvantaged young people to give them the opportunity to take part in competitive sport across England and North Wales. Woodlanders actively get involved in events to raise money for and awareness of Panathlon’s work and impact.
In 2022, the UK’s largest event of its kind, Ride London, saw Woodland participants start in London to take on the challenging 100 miles riding towards Braintree before returning to the capital, finishing at Tower Bridge. We are proud to support the Foundation’s all-important work of providing opportunity to young people with disabilities and special educational needs across the UK to express themselves, connect, learn, and feel empowered through competitive sporting events.
In 2022 alone, Woodland raised a total of £30,541.50 across a range of activities and events in support of Panathlon.
Merchants Quay Ireland
Woodland Group are proud to have partnered with MQI to help improve the lives of the vulnerable in Ireland.
As part of the collaboration, we provide:
- Free warehousing
- Free domestic transport
- Fundraising support through Woodland Group Ireland’s network
- Communications and creative support to MQI’s marketing team
Neopolitan Lighthouse, Chicago
Neopolitan Lighthouse provides support services to victims of domestic violence to assist them in achieving and maintaining self-sufficiency and self-reliance. Every year, Woodland Group and in particular Woodland Group’s Chicago team, support the charity with much-needed funds and resources.
Essex County Cricket Club
Woodland Group is a proud, long-standing partner of Essex County Cricket. Our close-knit relationships with the local cricket grounds, teams, players, fellow partners, and related charitable organisations enable us to deliver strong support.
Chelmsford Rugby Football Club
Since joining the list of well-respected partners of the Chelmsford Rugby Football Club in 2011, we have been supporting this local club run by volunteers in its facilitation of the sport to children of all ages, aided by passionate staff support at matches and behind the scenes by everyone at Woodland.
Associations and Accreditations
Corporate governance is a critical priority for Woodland Group and is crucial to us continuing to deliver compliant, safe environments and solutions that further sustainable growth. We are guided by the strictest industry, trading, and safety standards, which our dedicated team continues to build on by gaining relevant additional accreditations.
