The Challenge

Woodland Group was approached to come up with a solution to facilitate the growth plans of LoveRaw and consult on supply chain management excellence. This was to be executed by forming a very integrated partnership following an unsuccessful partnership with a previous supplier, where the brand experienced deteriorating service levels, poor customer service and a general lack of understanding of LoveRaw's business and growth journey.

The Solution

Woodland were able to streamline LoveRaw’s pick/pack and despatch solutions by facilitating an integration directly with the inventory management system. LoveRaw were provided with real time stock updates on stock management, pick accuracy and despatch statuses through management dashboards, which also allowed for accurate KPI reporting. Woodland was also able to provide sufficient and secure warehouse storage for a large number of pallets, allowing for multiple daily outbound B2B orders in the UK and monthly European exports from the site.
